📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Preorders and special order items will ship on or before the estimated date listed in the product description.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Times

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for all U.S. orders.

  • Orders $75+ ship FREE!

  • Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

📍 Local Pickup / Meet-Up

  • FREE local pickup is available in [Your Town].

  • We also offer meet-up delivery within [X miles] — just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll arrange a time.

📮 Shipping Carrier

  • We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and package size.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, Wildflowers & Denim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if this happens.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [Your Email] with photos so we can make it right.

🛍 Returns

We want you to love your Wildflowers & Denim finds! 💕 If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

📅 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • The 7-day window starts from the date you receive your order (or pick it up locally).

👗 Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

  • Items with makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or smells of smoke cannot be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.

  • You may ship items back at your expense or return them in person if you’re local.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued as store credit to be used on future purchases.

  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • All sale, clearance, or “final sale” items are non-returnable.

  • Earrings, hats, cups, and other accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
